Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The order dated 28.3.2019 rejecting the recognition under Section 18 of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 has not been challenged by the petitioners. Only consequential order imposing the penalty has been challenged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to challenge the aforesaid order whereby the recognition of the Institution has been rejected and therefore he does not wants to press the present writ petition at this stage, the same be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to challenge both the orders respectively.
Prayer is accepted.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
