Correction application is allowed.
Necessary correction has been incorporated in the order dated 02.09.2021. The correct order shall read as under:
"Issue notice to respondents nos. 1 and 4 to 11 by registered post AD as well as by regular process returnable within four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.
Sri Kaushal Kishore Mani, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the Gaon Sabha. Office is directed to show the name of Sri Kaushal Kishore Mani as counsel for the Gaon Sabha when the matter is listed next.
