This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the SAGO Bags related to tender No.75 which was held on 02.07.2016.
2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 28.03.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 03.04.2017. Today also, when the matter was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
