The wife seeks transfer of the marital disputes from Ettumannoor to Mavelikkara. The wife resides at Kayamkulam with her parents. The husband is a Photo Editor working at Changanassery.
2. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Kayamkulam to Ettumannoor for the purpose of the case. This is particularly so since she has to look after the minor child born in the wedlock. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Changanessery to Mavelikkara for the conduct of the case.
3. The husband apprehends physical assault at the hands of the relatives of the wife. The husband contends that the marital disputes can as well be transferred to Thiruvalla. The husband can also seek police protection from the Family Court if there is a real danger.

4. I therefore order transfer of O.P.(HMA) No.
1365/2013, M.C. No. 210/2013 and O.P. No. 14/2013 from the Family Court, Ettumannoor to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petitions are allowed.
