O R D E R Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits that by virtue of the subsequent decision of the Academic Council inasmuch as the Regulation 14.0 of the Academic Regulations, the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed. Reliance is placed on the order of the Cognate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22808/2017 [D.D. 16.10.2017].
3. In view of the aforesaid, certificate dated 12.06.2019 issued by the respondent No.3 at Annexure- E is quashed. The respondent No.3 is directed to announce the result of the petitioner relating to the VI – semester Unix System Programme, Management and Enterpreneurship as well as VII semester – Android Lab and issue the necessary certificate, credentials as far as the petitioner is concerned.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
