Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is requesting to transfer the case in S.T. No. 681 of 2014 Case Crime No. 109/2014 P.S. Kagaraul, District Agra from Additional Session Judge(Court no. 15) Agra to Additional Session Judge (Court no. 12) Agra. As he has already heard the matter and the matter left for the final judgment. Learned counsel for the applicant also assailed the orders of learned District Judge, Agra dated 22.09.2018 by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Agra has turned down the request of the applicant.
I have gone through the order dated 22.09.2018 passed by District Judge, Agra and I have no infirmity or illegality in the order. However, it is expected from the learned Additional Session Judge, Agra to gear up the trial of case no. 681 of 2014 and conclude all the proceedings latest by 31.01.2019.
With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
