Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Shashi Kant Verma who appears for the respondent No.3 and Sri Piyush Shukla the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Sri Shashi Kant Verma learned counsel representing the Basic Education Officer Muzaffarnagar states that subject to verification of all facts, the claim of the petitioners for being extended mid academic session benefit shall be duly evaluated in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision of the Court rendered in Angad Yadav And 7 Others v. State of U.P. And 4 Others [Writ-A No. 33360 of 2017 decided on 19.8.2017] and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
