Heard Sri Sheetla Prasad Gound, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
Against the impugned judgment and order, Government appeal No. 469 of 2018 has already been dismissed by means of a reasoned order dated 26.07.2018.
Thus, keeping in view the facts and circumstances and also looking to the fact that the present appeal is also against the same judgment and order, no relief can be granted in the present Criminal Appeal.
Even though Sri Sheetla Prasad Gound, learned counsel for the applicant has strongly pressed this appeal, this appeal stands dismissed.
Let a copy of this order be certified to the Court concerned for necessary compliance.
