The present application is for condonation of delay of 70 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order passed by learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.102 of 2009.
Considering the facts and circumstance and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
