At the request made by learned Advocate Mr. P.S. Patel for Applicant, that the order has not clarified the amount which is deposited. Therefore, it is clarified that the amount shall be deposited before the Registry of the High Court as stated in the order. The Registry is directed to accept the said amount within a period of one week.
