The applicant-prisoner has taken out this application for seeking parole leave admissible to him. His application for leave was rejected on account of the fact that he was absconding while on temporary bail. Lastly he was released on 02.07.2008 up to 20.02.2012. He did not report and surrender to custody for serving sentence and he was late by 569 days that too he was required to be nabbed and brought back to the custody by the police.
In light of this, the Court is of the view that the applicant has evinced tendency of jumping the temporary bail and over stepping the liberty. The application being bereft of merits, deserves rejection and is accordingly rejected. The applicant-prisoner be informed accordingly.
