JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 appeal against Ext.P1 order. Ext.P3 is an application filed for stay of further proceedings pursuant to the demand made. The apprehension of the petitioner is that during the pendency of the stay petition, steps will be taken by the respondent authority for recovering the amount. Ext.P4 is the notice issued by the third respondent.
2. Having heard the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the nature of the contentions, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The second respondent shall dispose of Exts.P2 and P3 expeditiously. Ext.P2 shall be disposed of within a period of six months and Ext.P3 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Until disposal of Ext.P3, further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 shall be kept in abeyance.
