The writ petition is filed assailing the inaction of the police in connection with the missing of petitioner’s daughter. It is alleged that in spite of F.I.R. being lodged, no action has been taken for more than two and half months.
We think it is not a case of police detention. Therefore, this writ petition is closed without passing any order except giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. No costs.
