ORDER:
Heard.
2. This writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of respondent No.5 in not taking appropriate steps to trace the daughter of the petitioner, who is stated to be missing since 16.08.2014.
3. Learned Government Pleader has taken time to get instructions and now reports that the girl has already been traced and is handed over to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the same and states that no further orders are necessary.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as unnecessary. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
