2. Accordingly, this review petition is rejected.
3. However, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to carry out the amendment to bring the LRs of the deceased respondent in WA No 2381 of 2012, since the counsel for the appellant failed to carry out the amendment even though the application filed for bringing the LRs was allowed before the disposal of the appeal. Registry is directed to allow Ms Renuka H R, learned counsel for the petitioner to carry out the amendment to the cause title of the memorandum of writ appeal.
