2. From a perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is evident that the relief sought for is in respect of an event, which was scheduled to be held between 10.01.2019 to 19.01.2019. The aforesaid event has already taken place. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case, the need arises in future.
