Patil, AGA) … Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash or set aside the tender notification dated 16.03.2018 the copy of the tender notification is herewith produced at Annexure-A and allow this writ petition with costs, and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo stating that the impugned tender notification has been withdrawn and therefore nothing survives for adjudication.
2. The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
