These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 08.07.2015 (Annexure-E) passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge at Chitradurga in Misc. No.301/2013 and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for orders this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER It is submitted that Misc. No. 301/2013 has been disposed of and as the present petition seeks for relief with respect to miscellaneous proceedings and had assailed the order rejecting I.As. 4 and 5, relief sought for does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No orders are called for as regards pending application - I.A.2/2016 and the same has been rendered redundant in light of the disposal of the petition.
