This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated 23/12/2016 issued by R-1 – Wakf Board for issue of calendar of events intending to hold elections to the General Body of Madeena Masjid at Annex.A, etc.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following;
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, writ petition has become infructuous. A memo is filed to that effect.
