THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The only prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition is a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider their representations dated 13.07.2015 (Annexures-A and B).
2. Learned Principal Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if a direction is issued to the concerned authorities, the representations would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
3. In the light of the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the concerned by issuing notices, if so required.
