The Chief Engineer, Electricity, Tendering and Procurement, Kaveri Bhavan, Bengaluru-560 009. …Respondents (By Sri.H.Devendrappa, Advocate for R1 and R2) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the Order/Official Memorandum issued by the R-2 dated 21.12.2013 terminating the contract, forfeiting the security deposit and blacklisting the petitioner for a period of one year from the date of the award vide Annexure-H and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner has died long back. Since no legal representative application has been filed. The petition becomes abated.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as abated.
