THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, CHIEF JUSTICE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.
2. The challenge is to the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 14th June 2019. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that sufficient time was not granted to file objections. He states that though interim order has been passed, the petition has not been admitted.
3. It will be always open for the appellants to file objections in the writ petition and to apply for vacating the impugned interim order. By granting liberty to the appellants to file objections in the writ petition within a period of three weeks from today and to apply for vacating the interim relief, the appeal is disposed of.
4. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the merits of the controversy. All questions are left open for the learned Single Judge to decide the matter.
