THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri D.R.Ravishankar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Taking into account the order that this Court proposes to pass, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Heard and perused the records.
4. The petition are admitted.
5. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia are seeking a writ of Mandamus by directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 21.02.2018, submitted by the petitioners in terms of the circular dated 01.01.2019 issued by respondent No.2.
6. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners as per the circular dated 01.01.2019, issued by respondent No.2 and decide the same by a speaking order.
7. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2018, submitted in terms of the circular dated 01.01.2019, issued by respondent No.2 and decide the same by a speaking order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
8. Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of.
