Issue notice to respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for petitioners states that there was business contract. The complainant had booked a plot thereafter he cancelled the same for which he was paid all the amount despite that an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed by the complainant. Going into the genuineness of the transaction and the facts, we relegate the petitioners to prefer the application for enlarged on bail before the concerned Court which shall do the needful, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
The Court below shall immediately take up the matter and decide the same as expeditiously as possible during this pandemic as it appears that there are some disputed factual data.
We have not interfered with the petition but we feel that a prima facie case is made out by the petitioners to request this court not to arrest them, as there was already settlement made between the parties.
Hence, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
