JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. M.S.RAMESH. J., ak
2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. However, the Petitioner is granted liberty to make out appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.MP No. 2659 of 2017 in C.C. No. 47 of 2017, dated 12.06.2017.
4. On receipt of such petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, shall dispose of the same on its own merits within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
