Heard Sri R.C. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4, Sri R.K. Mishra, learned Brief Holder appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 16.2.2018 registered as case crime 35 of 2018 under sections 363, 366 I.P.C., police station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the high school certificate, the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is 12th January, 2000 and she is a major girl copy of the same has been annexed at page-29 of the present petition to which learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 states that as per the high school certificate, the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is 17th February, 2002.
From a perusal of both the high school certificates, it appears that in the high school certificate which has been annexed with the present petition that though in the numerical the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is mentioned as 12th January, 2000 whereas in the words it has been mentioned as 17th February, 2002 which appears to be a forged documents on the face of it.
The petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
Taking into account the seriousness of the matter, we direct the Registrar General of this Court to lodge a complaint against the petitioners for filing a forged document.
