At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent- State states that an F.I.R. has been lodged in the instant case.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in law against the lodgement of the FIR.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
