1. This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: “i) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to supervise the elections to elect the office bearers fpr 2014-15 of the Bar Association, Attingal (3rd respondent);
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 5th respondent Returning Officer to include all the members of the 3rd respondent in the final voters list (Ext.P8) and to go on with the W.P.(C)No.13764 of 2014 -:2:-
elections or to reschedule the elections, if there is practical difficulty in going on as scheduled.”
2. As far as the first relief is concerned, there is no necessity to supervise the election to be held in a Bar Association, as already Returning Officer has been appointed in the matter.

Regarding the second relief, learned counsel for the third respondent Bar Association submits that they are willing to include all the members in the final voters list, provided, the members, who are not included, shall pay the arrears of membership fee within a specified time. Learned counsel submits that time can be extended upto 5 p.m. on 4.6.2014 for payment of arrears of membership fee.
4. In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under: The third respondent Bar Association shall grant the members of the Association, time for paying the W.P.(C)No.13764 of 2014 -:3:-
arrears of membership fee upto 5 p.m. on 4.6.2014. If payment is made within the above specified time, their names hall also be included in the final voters' list in respect of the election to be held on 7.6.2014. The direction issued to the third respondent shall be applicable to the fifth respondent also.
