JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition is filed alleging police harassment.
Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 3 and 4 not to harass, threaten, compel or force the petitioner to pay any amount to the 5th respondent.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions has submitted that a complaint was filed by 5th respondent before the Magistrate under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and police has already registered crime No.752 of 2014 against the petitioner.
As crime has already been registered, we do not see any reason to pass any orders in this case. We only observe that the police shall investigate the crime in accordance with the WP(C) No. 31464 of 2014 -:2:-
provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure. With this observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
