ORDER After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh proposal to the respondent.
In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority that in case such a proposal is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law by a speaking order.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
