Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges non-compliance with the order dated 29.01.2014 and 13.10.2015 passed in Civil Misc. Contempt Petition No. 380 of 2001.
The learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the orders, referred to above, were only interlocutory in character and the petition itself has since been disposed of finally.
The Court further notes that the applicant was not even a party in the said proceedings.
In view of the above, the Court finds no ground to entertain this petition which alleges non-compliance with two interlocutory orders and carries no allegations of contempt having been committed of the final orders passed in Contempt Application No. 380 of 2001.
The contempt petition is consequently dismissed.
