ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.817/2014/CS, dated 19.12.2014, of respondent No.4.
Considering the nature of the allegations on which the impugned order has been passed, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate for the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
Accordingly, while declining to entertain this writ petition at this stage, the petitioner is, however, left free to file an appeal against the order impugned in this writ petition.
Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51597 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
