Respondent/Complainant COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONERS: Sri B.S.Kartik/Prasad ESR COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT : The Additional Public Prosecutor Petition under Sections 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Crime No. 46 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yelemanchili Rural Police, Visakhapatnam District dated 21-3-2014 (Originally FIR No. 18/2014 dated 12-03-2014 of SHO Govt. Railway Police Station, Tuni) THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 for release in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.46 of 2014 of Yelamanchili Rural Police Station, Visakhapatnam District registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B read with 34 I.P.C.
Heard both sides. Perused the material on record.
The allegation against the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 is that they are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased Smt K. Talupulamma, who died on 11.3.2014 along with her elder daughter. It is the contention of the de facto complainant that the deceased committed suicide unable to bear the harassment at the hands of the petitioners herein and the non-petitioner/A-1.
The contention of the petitioners is that it is purely an accidental death and unfortunately, while the deceased was crossing the railway track along with the tender aged children, the accident took place and that the petitioners are aged 50 and 55 years respectively.

Considering the above, this petition is allowed and the petitioners/A- 2 and A-3 are directed to surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned, and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. The petitioners are further directed not to interfere with the investigation, intimidate or induce the witnesses and to co- operate with the investigation agency during enquiry, and appear before the investigation agency as and when required.”
