The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 12.4.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 12.4.2019 is corrected as under:
In the first line of the order dated 12.4.2019 the name of Sri Bharat Singh counsel for opposite party no.2 is added and the order is corrected as under:
As prayed by Sri Bharat Singh,learned counsel for opposite party no.2, list on 7th May, 20919. In the mean time learned AGA may file counter affidavit and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
