1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ankit Srivastava learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Karan Singh and Bibhor Rana, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2020, under Sections - 147, 148, 188, 323, 332, 353 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Saharanpur.
3. In view of the fact that fact allegations have been made in the FIR and the charge sheet has already been submitted against the applicants after due investigation, no interference is warranted at this stage.
4. Accordingly the present application is rejected with liberty to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merits and without being prejudiced by the observations made in this order.
