Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant is on bail in solitary case shown in the gang-chart and is innocent.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I find it a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant namely, Karan @ Kinne @ Hari Lal Pasi and Jeet Lal Pasi be released on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2010, under section 2/3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Maheshganj, District Pratapgarh on their furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
