This appeal was dismissed on 24.5.2011 for non-prosecution as the paper books were not filed. The appellant has filed an application to recall this order. The cause shown is sufficient. The order dated 24.5.2011 is recalled subject to payment of Rs.250/- as cost to the High Court Legal Services Committee. The cost may be paid within a week.
The paper book may be filed within a month.
