Mr.Karabhai Ranabhai Karamta is present before the Court and states that temporary bail which is granted to him by this Court by an order dated 14.6.2012 may be extended as his mother is not keeping well and she is required to be attended.
In support of the application, he has annexed one Certificate from Dr.Parag G.Patel of Trimurti Hospitals, Junagadh.
Taking into consideration the fact that even prior to the present temporary bail, he was on temporary bail in the month of January, 2012.
No case is made out for extension of temporary bail. Hence, it is rejected.
