The petitioner applied for a certified copy of the 'Will' executed by Govardhani Antherjanam. The petitioner produced Ext.P2 death certificate. Ext.P2 does not disclose the name of the husband and only show the name of the parents of the deceased. The petitioner submits that he is a third party and he need the certified copy for producing before the Appellate Authority in a land acquisition matter.
Considering the fact that the executant is no more, necessary certified copy shall be issued to the petitioner as requested. However, the petitioner shall file an affidavit indicating that the person, who executed the 'Will' and the person referred in Ext.P2 is one and the same.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
