This criminal appeal under Section 14A (1) of The Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'Act, 1989') has been filed on behalf of the appellants challenging the order dated 20.04.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, SC/ST (PA) Act, Kannauj in Special Sessions Trial No.71 of 2016 (CNR No.UPKJ 0100.0348.2016), (State Vs. Kaptan Singh and others), under Sections 323/34, 325/34, 308/34 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No.206 of 2012, under Sections 323, 325, 308, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes Act, P.S. Indergarh, District Kannauj, whereby the appellants were convicted under the aforesaid Sections.

As per provision of Section 15 (A) (3) of S.C./S.T. Act, learned A.G.A., shall inform the victim/his dependent about the proceedings of this case.
