Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Kapil, Prem Prakash @ Nanhey, Manoj, Rahul, Akash in Case Crime No. 177 of 2021, under section 366 I.P.C., P.S. Baheri,, District Bareilly.
Learned A.G.A. submits that during investigation it was found that the kidnapped girl has married with the applicant no.1- Kapil and thus in the absence of any evidence, final report has been submitted by the Investigation Officer.
Final report has been submitted for want of evidence, hence the instant anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
