This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, interalia, for the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.08.2018 passed by the respondent no.3 (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition).
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful working of the petitioner."
At the very outset, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 has submitted that the petitioner has an appropriate remedy of arbitration under clause 16 of the agreement entered into between the parties which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
