The sole grievance of the petitioners is that the Stay Application filed alongwith Revision No. C201901000002934 & the Stay Application filed alongwith Revision No. C201801000002944 were not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that both the Stay Applications alongwith the Revision be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision No. C201901000002934 & Revision No. C201801000002944 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
Orders on the Stay Applications would also be passed within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed in the case.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
