The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 17.06.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 3250 of 2021 (Kapil Kurchaniya Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the applicant that the present petition has become infrctuous and prays for its dismissal Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infrctuous.
