JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 881 of 2010, under Sections 457, 380 and 411 IPC, police station Mohammadi, District Kheri We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence and, therefore, the same cannot be quashed. However, considering the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations levelled in the FIR are trivial in nature, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number unless and until cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against him, provided he cooperates with the investigation, which shall go on.
