Heard Sri Awadh Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vijay Shankar Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the prayer to consider the case of the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate ground.
A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that the writ petition in question is liable to be dismissed on the ground of latches.
At this stage, a request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the writ petition as not pressed with liberty to approach the authority concerned.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty as prayed.
