By order dated 11.09.2018, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court subject to deposit of Rs.20,000/- by the petitioners with the Mediation Centre within two weeks from the date of the order.
The Mediation Centre has submitted a report that the petitioners did not comply with the order dated 11.09.2018 as no deposit was made till 05.10.2018.
No one has appeared even in the revised call.
As by order dated 11.09.2019, the petition stood automatically dismissed on non-deposit of the aforesaid amount, the record of the petition be consigned.
