"Learned counsel for the petitioner may examine the question with regard to maintainability of the writ petition in light of the full bench judgment of this Court in Vijay Bihari Srivastava vs. U.P. Postal Primary Co-operative Bank Ltd., 2003 (1) UPLBEC 1.
Put up as fresh on 19.12.2019."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate as to how this petition is maintainable. Prayer made in this petition is not liable to be entertained since the petition is essentially directed against a primary society, and as such it is not maintainable in view of the law laid down in Vijay Bihari Srivastava's case (supra).
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
