Kapil Kumar Misra vs Electricity Service Commission ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|20 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Subhash Vidyarthi, Advocate has put in appearance for opposite party.
Short contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the persons who did not appear for interview have been selected. The petitioner appeared for interview and even produced DOEACC certificate and yet has not been selected. In this regard, learned counsel has referred to Serial No. 2 of Annexure 1 i.e. the press release in regard to the selected candidates.
I have considered contention of the learned counsel.
Serial No.2 only indicates that candidates who did not produce their DOEACC certificate, may produce the certificate by 31.7.2012.
Learned counsel prays for time to show that certain persons did not appear for interview and yet have been selected.
The persons who are likely to be affected adversely, have not been impleaded.
List alongwith W.P. No.2748(SS) of 2012.
Order Date :- 20.7.2012 A.Nigam
