Civil Misc. Recall Application No. 2 of 2018 alongwith Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No. 3 of 2018 dated 13.7.2018 supported by an affidavit of Sri Rakesh Kumar, Review Officer Writ- A section High Court Allahabad is taken up.
This application has been filed for recall of the order dated 28.2.2017 by which this Court had directed the Registrar General of this Court to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the erring officer.
Perused the affidavit filed in support of the applications. Delay in filing the recall application is condoned. Delay condonation application is allowed. The explanation given in the affidavit found sufficient. Therefore, recall application is also allowed.
The order dated 28.2.2017 directing the Registrar General of this court to initiate disciplinary action against the erring officer is recalled.
